that's the rub...are we the world's police, nanny, what role
should we take? when we donate medicine and food, local
dictators steal it and sell it on the black market.....we send
doctors and workers, we are "colonialist"...if we assist
a government, we are "supporting repression"...if we don't,
we are "allowing genocide".....
