You will never see this move to two dollars with the number of shares outstanding. We'd have to be in the bubbliest of bull markets for that to have a snowballs chance in hell. And Asia ain't gonna stabilize too soon here....China and India both are facing very tough times ahead that will ripple around that part of the world.

Institutional investors won't invest in an OTCBB penny stock unless it's in a dilutive PIPE deal. No mutual fund out there is going to be accumulating 0.10 CVIC shares, lol.

You are right that RS are usually a negative for the stock price, but in this case will be necessary to get on the Nasdaq. Only then should we wish for institutional investors. And it will take a RS larger than 4 to 1.
