It does not matter what the PR states, there is no way an unknown gray market no asset,revenew company is going to be valued at 1.25 much less 12.50, but it sounds nice and also gets the get rich over night noobs to buy the heck out of it, and that makes the POS lumb very happy because he can dump millions or billions of shares that will be worthless, and any divi that may get out will be just as worthless after the restriction is up because by that time the divi company will either no longer exsist or have a new name or be on the grays...Thats Lumbs MO always has been always will be.
