Scottrade is pretty decent imo. As you can see they gave me the vanilla answer first then when I asked for clarification they came out with the facts.
FWIW they really frown on all pink sheet stocks. I'm sure you've seen where they won't trade CMKX. In fact you can't trade any online that don't have MMs quoting b/a.
