I read the PR. Very vague bios on those guys and at least in one case (the case of Hess) appears to be somewhat misleading. Has anyone got a link showing he was President of the TSX? I can only find that he was President (CEO) of the Canadian Venture Exchange (in the 1990s) prior to it's merger with the Toronto. That exchange used to be full of scams during his tenure. Once the Toronto acquired it, they cleaned it up.
The rest of those people named mean nothing at all. There is no information on them other than some very vague claims.
Let's take Pierre, for example. What did he do? He may well have been no more than a clerk in a government food stamps office. Archie's and David's bios are totally vague as well. For all we know, they ran a convenience store employing Indian immigrants which banked at a Royal Bank of Canada Branch in Vancouver. In other words, those bios say nothing.
