Heck, if no one pointed out the HISTORY OF REVERSE SPLITS, ISSUANCE OF STOCK TO PAY DEBT, AND THE SEEMINGLY ASTRONOMICAL NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED SHARES, potential new investors might easily make uninformed decisions about investing, and I think we can all agree that would not be good for anyone, other than perhaps unprincipled and predatory day traders looking to take advantage of the uninformed.
