The insiders should have as much right to sell their shares at any price after the uplist as we do right? I don't expect them to hold their shares forever just as i am sure they don't expect me to hold mine forever either.

I see that statement a lot on this board.

BUT, think about it.....If that statement came up once every 1-3 years, NO PROBLEM!.....Kid goes to college, wife gets pregnant, need a break and take a week to the beach....I understand!


But for that statement to come up as often as it does on this board,,,,,,,,,,just makes me wonder.

Very true, especially if they paid for those shares.

Must be nice to sell your shares and then give yourself more shares by way of a bonus.

A little bit differant comparing a regular shareholder and a insider, don't you think?
