required to follow guidlines for selling restricted to prevent dumping, from what I am told...Not my area of expertise....Ask Bee that one but I do not think they can dump 6mil in a day, let alone a week......

yup, that 13mil is like $200k..more than enough to pay $25k to pump sites...
