Joe Glusic isnt an accountant, its up the the registered SEC Auditors to complete the audit. From my conversations with the company they are still having to review facts going back to 1999 with the old company owners.
Its a bit of a reach to be honest to think that any real investor would not buy the company on its fundamentals because of a late filing.
