Don't confuse the number of shares traded with the OS.

The OS could still be less than the AS it's just the number of shares traded that is higher.

All normal companies turn over more shares in the course of a year than exist in their OS it is the result of normal trading.

In this case, as people point out every time it happens, when the pps goes up to .0002 or .0003 the volumes go through the roof and the pps drops back to .0001. This is the result of the board pump and dumpers dumping the millions of shares they bought at .0001 and realizing their 100 to 200% profit. That constant churning results in very high trading volumes at low prices but it is not causing any increase in the OS.

It is a behavior pattern common to these netherworld stocks.
