Exactly. Scottrade was reporting SRCI as # Not available for sale due to a reorg or a tender offer.
So I emailed them....

I have this junk sitting in my portfolio. Can you explain "Not available
for sale due to a reorg or a tender offer". My understanding is that the
SEC revoked their registration. I would hardly call that a reorg or tender
offer.
Thanks,
Got this response back....

Dear ,
Thank you for your e-mail. While a stock is undergoing a reorganization,
including name change, symbol change, merger, etc., it will not be available
to be traded online. As soon as the new shares are delivered to Scottrade,
they will be posted to your account. Be assured, there is no delay to
posting once the shares are delivered for deposit.
During this reorganization period, we ask that you contact your local
Scottrade branch office for trading assistance on this security. You may
obtain the telephone number through our online Branch Locator

We apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience.
Please, let us know if you have further questions.

The stock had it's registration revoked! You are not stating it's status
correctly.
And finally.......
Dear ,
Our system does not allow for this type of designation on a stock... whenever a stock is not trading we always place the # next to it. 90% of these issues are reorganization issues, so it is not surprising that the previous response said this.
However, you are correct that Serac Holdings (p.k.a. Pinnacle Business Management) has had its registration revoked by the SEC. It is likely the shares will be removed from all accounts soon and you can take this as a tax loss. Sorry for the earlier confusion.
If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.
