Would you be typing in the current value of the stock, or would that need to be piped in automatically?

I'd love to have portfolios except for two things:

1. It's a step away from "pure message board". As such, it makes me reluctant, but not completely averse.

2. The quotes would cost money. We've got really tight belts right now until we have a stockpile I'm comfortable with.

Along with portfolios, if I would un-cheapskate enough to make it possible, I'd like quotes to go with each board. Also if I can get past the reluctance to dilute "What we do".

SI has something like that. I think that would be very useful. I don't think this site is "hooked up" to the outside world.
