I think they gave up their rights (leases) to the Starbuck Gas Well to a company called Coastal Petroleum. According to WSEG'S last PR, they purchased a package of state owned leases in either North Dakota or Montana (can't remember), because they still wanted to pursue the Bakken region. But that news was months ago, and the company has been silent since that announcement.
