From what I understand the K,L,M & N series are the ones that are first in line for payout... all 4 of them are at the same level of priority. Check with waman1 for more info... Viva also has a lot LEH stocks under his belt as well.

The KLMN shares I am talking about are LEHMQ, LEHNQ, LHHMQ and LEHNQ. These are all stocks that are part of a trust that pays interest on junior bonds. They are equal in status, except for the rate of interest which varies on each.
These are ahead of the other preferred shares for payout because they are really shares of debt instruments.
