YM is the symbol for the DOW mini futures contract.
www.Interactivebroker.com is a decent broker for futures trading with commission of only about $2 per contract. With 1 index point being $5, you only need 1 index point gain to break even after commissions.
This should get you started, #msg-3512711. One thing if you're going to trade them, tight stops are a must. 4-5 points at the most to start. That limits your loses to $25-30 after commissions. And only 1 contract at a time to start. Just in the last 50 minutes the DJIA has moved about 40 points which would be $200 per contract. You don't want to be caught leaning the wrong way.
