I've tried to do some added DD on this IR company... with the completions of over 200+ deals...and I'm having a difficult time finding anything. Is it possible that the owner of the firm was working under another name?
Anyhow, I don't think retaining BB can be a BAD thing, except for the CASH/STOCK payment they receive...but if a 100K is the difference in making or breaking this company, everyone is trouble.
Bottom line, let's be nice to BB for the time being until more information is given.
