Looks to me that NEM may in fact be leading the gold stocks..., NEM had nice breakout today on decent volume and may be a better leading indicator than your TSX Gold Index...? Why don't you post a chart of NEM using your indicators..., please...

Fwiw, I'll be playing it safe, even if it means missing the first 20% of an upmove. I agree - and not just on gold. I want to see something happen before I sink my money into dead sh*t waiting for it to take off.
Yeah I got knocked out of Kinross - but it did go lower and I am positive about that. I wasn't runnin today to get back in - if gold is going to the moon I have plenty of time to make money in that as well as the other stuff.
Does not look encouraging..., may well reassess certain trading positions if we don't bounce tomorrow to avoid Friday... will then take a look at the COT release on Friday to determine how best to proceed. Thought gold stocks would bounce today and if they don't by tomorrow..., then need to reassess...
