I agree. Me thinks the SEC had been breathing down their backs for a while and UC finally decided to take it seriously.

I believe CMKX is on the brink of a halt imo. They have about 3-4 serious issues to deal with concerning the SEC. My bet is the lawyer has one mess on his hand to sqaure things; which imo also involves an R/S.
