I'm trying to think of the last merger of two pharmas that worked out good?

Sandoz + Ciba-Geigy = NVS might be the last one that clearly added shareholder value, and that was 13 years ago.

Everyone was hoping Pfizer would go after the Bio industry and stir up some commotion.

Actually, in terms of manufacturing capacity, WYE is one of the five largest biotech companies.
