What would you consider a hysterectomy on the treatment arm as? Is this a 2?

If it is a moderately common treatment for endo, which it is, and it isn't stat sig between the arms, which it isn't even close to, then I would consider it a 2.5. If it were a fairly uncommon AE for endo or if it had a strong statistical trend then I'd consider it a 4 or greater.

I would think that a dropout rate of 35% by any measure is a significant matter.

Given that it is a ph ii I'd suggest that this isn't particularly important compared to the ratio (to me anyway). Were it a phase iii that was in contradiction to their forecasted uptake ratio then I'd agree that it was a lot more important.
