That is your interpretation (which, as you know, I don't agree with). In point of fact the very fact that the company provides the data for disemmination to two different sources belies that interpretation. They thought, as I do, that 2x provides most of the meaningful data necessary. And are happy to clarify when necessary.

DD has it right, IMO.

One point. Disclosures are either material or they are not material. Forget the 0-10 scale stuff. This is binary, it is material 0 or not material 1.

DD may also be right on that point. BUT it does not follow from anything that has been publicly disclosed that he is right. DD states as a fact, what is no more than an inference - an inference that may be wrong.
