he said "in this market", not Spongetech...don't add to his posts. the FACT is there is either naked shorting or dilution going on here. until the company ungags the TA, we won't know. however, they could be gagging the TA for either reason. so just because there is no proof of either...drop it. i choose to believe there is naked shorting. i could be wrong, but i don't think i am. the FACT is you can never say anything that will cause me to question my position. we will just wait and see either way. it is clear which way you lean.

Okay then what makes you think it's not? RME shares held not sold into market? I do not have dtcc sheets. Doug and Steve do. So if you want proof pay for the $500 to get the DTCC info is what I was told they cost. I have no doubts about nss here you do. If so open minded since when can anyone with how nss works ever prove it. I think years ago overstock ceo did.

My point is just like years ago I had no proof of nss when Sec and bashers would tell me no one could short a penny stock. Or no such thing as nss didn't mean it was not going on. In fact it's become a fact it does exist. The entire system we use to make a market in penny stocks hides a lot of wrong doing very well.

Usually there is little proof until hit over the head with it. I am sure Madoff clients feel that way to thinking no wrong doing until it was too late. Well soon you will see what SPNG has planned for nss. See they know it happening.

So if so open minded what makes you think market makers would not nss this stock? Look at volume since last summer.

RME is not selling its shares no filings showing it proves that. Unless you think they are lying no way we have this volume and no nss. They hold most of the shares.
