I believe you must revisit the fundamental principles of supply and demand. Come on, this is ECON 101. If there is such a "high demand" for the stock, then why is the price going down.

No. It makes more sense that the company is or has diluted the PPS.

The fact remains, since the TA is gagged, the company could be diluting right now and you have no way to disprove it. Therefore, if NSS is possible, then dilution must also be possible.
