thanks Robsct, so the drop from $1.167 millioin in 2007 to $0.864 million in 2008 in revenues for the first quarter that was filed with the SEC by LBWR, a very significant drop, particularly for a company that consistantly stated that it was in a growth stage, never happened?

by the way, Net Income during the same 2007-8 first quarter dropped by about 110%.

You are still misunderstanding the situation. Let me explain it again. NO contract has ever been terminated for cause as you mistakenly posted in the past. Labwire actually never lost the $400K in revenue from the expired contract as other sources of revenue growth in other areas made up for most of it. So we actually had rapid growth in other areas. Third quarter 2008 was $1,292,472 compared to third quarter 2007 of $1,352,671 that's only a drop of $60,199, not $400K. And if we factor in the $208K that was added to third quarter 2007 of recovered revenue then actually third Q 2008 grew over third Q 2007 by $147,801.
