Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the source cited is the Dept. of Defense, and the numbers cited for criminal acts are not incidental, but rather a sizable fraction of the active military. If you think DOD is unpatriotic for bringing this up then that's your opinion. The fact that they make the survey means they want to improve the situation. But sticking your head in the sand and citing chapter and verse of the seven values will not change anything.
