That's an absolute lie,

he had shareholder approval to do the increase to 200M shares because he already held over 50% of the voting stock by virtue of his preffereds with 15 votes per share.

How on earth do you think he got approval for the reverse split?

I don't remember exactly when the first RS was but it was done and the price went to about $3.00 in the next week it was $6.00 then they pulled the plug. It was severaal years ago and you won't find any PR's regarding it because they have expired.
Believe me it happened. Perhaps you can find it in the old 10Q's.

I had been a stockholder for a number of years and I have NEVER received anything from Gunther or View regarding an increase in the OS. Who is he kidding, you I guess. He alone has control of this company and don't be a fool and think other wise.

As for the price not going anywhere you figure it out, You have a company that is run on BS and never followed through on any of the big deals they were supposed to do. Look back in history and tell me which of the mergers that View did that ever worked in their favor. Cmon its a scam.
Unfortunately I found out to late, I like you believed in this company and talked to Gunther several time over the years, Nothing but BS. He talks a good story.
