If Gene used shares to acquire companies and he restricted those shares along with a higher strike price, do you define that as dumping???
It is the shares being sold at .0001 that are the ones being dumped. Only the company can make money selling shares at .0001. No one else can. Not shorters, not MMs, not anyone.
