well, as in any job that is subcontracted, usually a portion is paid in advance and the balance is paid when the job is done. If I ran a lab like that, you would not get your results until I got my money first. Now you bring up an interesting point:
1) The lab hasnt been paid so KL doesnt have the results. NOT GOOD. Investor gets screwed.
2) The lab HAS been paid and the results are negative and KL isnt telling us that. NOT GOOD. The investor gets screwed.
3) The lab has been paid, the results are good and they have been mining precious metals since November 2007 and BWNR isnt telling us that. REALLY NOT GOOD. The investor gets screwed.
Sooooo, I never claimed to be smart (it always cracks me up when people do) but if you have another scenario to this situation I would love to hear it.
