Yes he did. On one hand, it is stated that ST will not allow us to purchase shares that they deem too risky for our protection. On the other hand, it is stated the the brokers don't care about their clients. HUH???!!!
I will firmly stand with the assumption that we have a huge NSS. And NITE, I might add, is the largest violator as to criminal behavior. Just look at all of the court judgements that NITE pays. It's simply a numbers game to them.
