All true, but I believe the BB36 plant was still used for some commercial supply in Europe (3rd paragraph):

"Swissmedic approved ERBITUX manufactured at BB36 for commercial use in Switzerland in December 2003, in addition to a European manufacturing site (Boehringer Ingelheim)."
