Actually, I think they believe they are really drinking the blood of a supernatural creature. Nothing like being in touch with reality. In that situation you have a guy in drag drinking blood in front of a sacrificial alter. Oh, and I think they believe they are chomping on his body, too, with the wafer they consume. So, add cannibalism to the list. And, they have the nerve to condemn gays for wanting to enter into loving relationships. What a strange world we live in. The older I get the more I realize this fact.
