Zonda was a 51% owned subsidiary.
Some tests were conducted but it was taking forever to get them done.
Funding was most likely always a problem.

The Sumatest/ Handilab-C was tested by independent labs and it failed miserably. Only CLXN's and Zonda's website claimed it was great.

CLXN got a lot of mileage out of that story.
