Well think this. Baron is doing so well they could afford to pass and change their minds. In my experience if a company can turn down work they are doing very well. If they can turn down a buyer they are doing very well. In fact it only makes sense to turn them both down if Baron made the 3 to 4 million Galo said. That seems to support how they could turn both down and pay us a cash div. Baron must have all the work they can handle.
