And they haven't done that before... like a half dozen times?

I've been here since Maya Maya. Cerro Rico, GTL, Escala, "Greg Rothschild", Italian Hydropower, The Shaw Group... more GTL, stock buybacks... I've probably missed a few.

And so far all I've seen is 15 billion new shares.
