OK, so they paid the "back out" fee (if one) and backed out. Isn't this discussion that's been going on for months about done...stick a fork in it for heaven's sake...
The only thing that matters here is they were offerred the Citifield contract. They PR'd it and later turned it down, then they didn't rescind PR (PRs aren't free, so saved the cost). This Citifield contract in one location is small potatoes next to the major contracts they have nationwide. They probably didn't think another PR to rescind Citifield project was worth it...end of story.
None of this changes my perspective on the company. If it does yours, sell or don't invest. Can we move on now?
