There hasn't been a 10Q filing since the last filing from formerly Renovo Holdings so may we assume you are privy to new info?
I'm not trying to be a smart aleck...Debt and obligations transfer along with shells when they change hands unless formal agreements are drawn up to state otherwise...
Carnes, himself, was shown owed a lot of back accrual amount owed on the former balance sheet...But it could have been wiped out since they showed what appears such a bloated price for buying out most of his shares during the shell transfer...
All those little petty things could matter a lot if the company starts selling a lot of product...
Any idea when the company may put out an SEC filing again?...
Companies can send quarterly filings to the SEC even if they are pink sheet listed...LJ
