T and I plan on living aboard after kids grad college.

Live on a boat and travel.
Its almost a weekly ritual for us ,we go get subs and park where our old boat was and look at all the 50+ foot sailboats and dream.
I thouht that too but 30k a year is alot for a marine biologist.....Forget that.
Gonna try and get some sleep,taking the ole suv in tomorrow to get some work done.Instead of buying another Im puting a grand or so into this.No need to spend more to look nice I figure.
