Market: I have a buy on the semis here or an atl close. Many others are near buys. SPX included. Ten day trin is near a buy. Short term sentiment indicators are showing a nice spike in bearishness but have room to go up before we get extreme readings indicative of a solid turn. Yet I am bullish in this area.
