I'm a little confuse on the roche/dna buyout. We're supposed to be within a couple of months for the final results of their adjuvant crc results.
If positive DNA should explode higher ($120ish) which would be well over any roche bid.
Roche/Dna have to know how that trial is going so I see some problems arising. Even if Roche made an nice offer today, I'm not sure they'd be able to close the deal prior to the result announcement.
If the trial was negative the deal would close, but I don't see them making an offer that would include the value of adjunct right now.
What's you thoughts?
