Imagine this...
I have a hot dog company..the best damn hot dog company there is..I'm a small company but growing. I'm approached by a company that loves what I'm doing and my dogs and wants to sell them by the zillions at a professional football stadium.
They're going to buy the equipment, provide capital and sell em, all they want from me is my expertise and my name for credibility and I get 50% of whatever they make However I insist that I cook em because I cook them best and I'm not going to take the chance of someone else cooking my dogs and hurting my name.
I figure what the hell...Doest cost me a dime , I get 1/2 the profit and I control the product and distribution. I have nothing to lose and as long as it's under my control everything to gain as well as I get more $$ and notoriety. My balance sheet grows, I have more exposure etc......
Not the best analogy but really thats what its about....
The point I'm tring to make is hey if ANYONE wants to foot the bill thats BETTER for us in almost ANY circumastace under the same guidelines
