I think you might be right. I'm glad to see we are not going downwards, but I don't think we will move up again until news. FDA approval of that appeal is HUGE, and I'd hate to be not holding some shares of GNTA when/if this happens. GL to all.

The company credibility is in its drugs! As far as the price movement over the next few weeks, I suspect it will. I further suspect those who have shorted the stock will start to cover at these levels so they can lock in their profits. With FDA news coming at any time re the appeal Genta submitted in December 2008, I don't think the shorters want to continue holding their short positions much longer. They are here to make money also. If Genta gets its' approval then those who are long the stock will also make money!! I am holding this long, that means more than a few weeks, so I have the patience to wait it out! I have my 1 million shares at an average of .0056! I am one happy investor!!
