we are no worse off than we were 6 mnths ago, 9 mnths ago, etc

true we/you already "bet" on this as a lotto play, but I would not quite give up on it yet -- there is life again, room to breath, and again if all falls Kanno's way, this could turn out to be a nice play after all -- pointing back to the original bet

now, would I bet that this will fail or succeed -- sure, I would bet that I'll see a dble at least 0006 -- THEY ALL RUN EVENTUALLY

Yes, we all put our money down, and over the past 18 months it looked like we all lost, however you don't have a very good understanding of what happened to this venture that simply fan out of cash, and had no other choice but to try to sell the product or go BK. To say that the dude tried to steal the product and run is shows that you did not understand what happened. We are now lucky enough to have a second chance as cirmstances have changed and we take over the company that was to buy the product. If someone tried to steal something, they don't come back and try to carry through on their original plan for the company. All coal mines in the US must submit their plan for which wireless system they will install by June 2009 to the US mine safety dept. IPKL/SWS now happens to have a great product that has been prefected, and ready to go, so we are in the running for a chance at some of the 900 mines that must install the system by the end of 2009. That sounds like a great bet to me. If you lost because you sold your shares for nothing, then I see why you say you lost.
