This matter came on to be heard today on continuation of Trial by Civil Jury; present, Timothy Schafer and Thomas Schafer, Attorneys appearing on behalf of Plaintiff and Reginald Laurent, Attorney appearing on behalf of Defendant.
Evidence continued to be heard on behalf of Defendant.
Outside the presence of the Jury, arguments were heard by counsel whether certain witnesses will be allowed to testify; the matter having been submitted to the Court; Whereupon Court granted Defendants request to allow John Burge testify. Court will take underadvisment the counsel for Defendants' request for certain character witnesses to testify.
The jury having been returned to the Courtroom, testimony continued on behalf of Defendant.
The hour growing late, Court continued this matter until tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m.
