The letter of resignation was posted on our website as it was received we did not make any modifications to it so the mistake of labeling Mr. Ross as Chairman was not corrected. In the letter it states that Calvin Ross is Chairman of the Board. Your web site states that Jim Brown as President and Chairman of the board. Your filing with the state of NV has Giovanni Luciano as President and Director.

Can you please tell me who is legally the Chairman, CEO and President of this company.
