All, I emailed Merle about these PRs and the fact they are solid from a technical standpoint, but lacking in terms of attracting prospective investors. Will post his reply.

Today's PR is simply confirmation the company continues to do things properly. After all, they aren't drilling for oil and gas where you sink one hole and hit a pool; rather, they are drilling to verify a three-dimensional zone of material. With each core sample, the picture becomes more clear and establishing values possible. As long as the progress reports confirm or exceed prior values, I will consider these dips in SP to be manna from heaven to increase my position.
