If I remember right that d & B number was a few years old. So to think in 08 they made 3 to 4 now like Galo told I think Slaz with all the new deals could be. He will have to file then we will see. On the div he said they payy us. He said he get bd to approve cash div.

ALl the site etrade, ameritrade, bloomberg all show what he said 1/2 cent cash div.

Trust the facts. He paid div in 07.
When bd said they would pay 3 to 1 stock div only he said no we must pay cash div.
He got bd to approve cash div and 1 to 1 stock div.
He could not get all the paperwork done by Dec 31. He apologized.
SO he is late big deal he still says paying div.
He puts out PR saying paying div end of Jan.
Now all these sites show that.
Do you really think Bloomberg and all these sites have same info as Galo said but its all made up?

Div is being paid. Period. Same as he paid one on 07. All the rest is nonsense. We're getting a div and how many ceos ever pay any? Few.

Oh and since he is supposed to be this bad Ceo how many in 08 have their stock up over 800% year over year.

How many bought a business Baron in 08 that drove the increase.

Amazing go ahead ignore the facts. Low o/s, paying stock div, cash div, stock up etc. Now show me all these other pink Ceo's doing this week in last year. That have a company as old as Baron and makes money. Not what some 3 year old d & B shows. Gte this the naysayers are not here to help us they want your shares.

I used to report company info where I worked to d & B for years. Its alwasy way behind. It at least 1 year out dated but I remember that 720K income was from 2 years ago. 08 Bihc bought Baron. They got new deals and made more. I agree with most we will see when they file. He said they would and he does what he says. Look at all the 07 and 08 prs listed on this site to know that. Thats the facts I base it on.

He said in 07 he pay div. He did.
He said they where going to acquire Baron. He did Apr 08
He said they where wokring on Deal with Takk they got that deal in July.

LIke I said his track record is so much better then most pinks right down to low o/s and a/s for a pink.

PLus lets add in 07 and 08 no share dumping. If typical sjare dumping pink that loses money for years they have dumped billions in 2 years.
