As I said before, if one has solid orders in hand, one can go to any bank or other lending institution and get the money needed to fill the order, as long as some profit is being made by so doing. It's basic economics. You don't dilute your equity position in order to meet variable costs unless something's very, very wrong. What's probably happening is that the insiders are lying to pump up the stock that they're issuing and selling. Happens all the time. It's almost certain, in fact. We'll see.
