An update would be needed only if the dividend amounts had changed. Putting out a PR saying the dividend amounts are the same as previously announced is unnecessarily repetitive.
The scam finally starts to unravel, just like every other Ed Hayter shell. His lure works for a while and then he moves to the other side of the lake to find a new hole. BIHC won't be his last scam, as many more are currently in the planning stage. You can bank on it.
