it may be trivial to make, but not so if you want to maintain an all recombinant formulation. i am shooting from the hip and can be way off here, but i say this simply because i recall tisseel has a bovine component despite both the thromgin and fibrinogen are human (i'm not sure what the bovine component is, but clearly there is a third ingredient necessary that is soem naturally occurring complex entity)
