Conservatively considering I took all of 2 seconds to look just now, they probably have 80-90 cents per share in cash on hand plus proceeds from selling off Bidil. I assume it's a bluff offer of course, would be more efficient and better for ntmd shareholders including Deerfield to liquidate.
